Mumbai: Lord’s Mark Industries Limited has seen participation from marquee institutional and corporate investors following a series of open-market transactions involving promoter and other investors, adding visibility to the company’s evolving shareholder base.
Promoter Dr. Sachidanand Hariram Upadhyay sold approximately 1 crore shares through open-market transactions as part of the company’s compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements.
The transactions also witnessed participation from Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I and AT Trade Overseas, an entity associated with the Hisaria Group. The participation of established investment and business groups comes as Lord’s Mark Industries continues to expand its presence across healthcare and diagnostics, renewable energy and LED solutions.
The promoter group continues to hold a substantial stake in the company following the transaction.
The development comes amid increased market activity in Lord’s Mark Industries and investor interest in its diversified business portfolio. The company is focused on expanding its operations, strengthening its healthcare and diagnostics businesses and scaling its energy-related verticals.
The entry or participation of marquee investors is expected to bring greater attention to the company’s shareholder profile as Lord’s Mark Industries works towards its longer-term expansion and growth objectives.
